Orders typically ship the next business day.  Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

  1. We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free FEDEX ground shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers.  On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.

MAKING CHANGES TO AN ORDER

Unfortunately, we are not able to change out the items in an order once the order has been placed. We can however cancel an order at any point before it ships out. You can then place a new order for the correct product. To cancel an item you can LOG IN to your purchase history and click the cancel button, or contact our customer service team with your request.

CANCELLING AN ORDER

We recommend you cancel your order online. You may also cancel your order by contacting customer service, but due to time differences, we cannot guarantee customer service will receive your request before the order ships.  Once in transit we are unable to cancel your order.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

DOMESTIC RETURNS

All domestic orders ship with a PREPAID return mailing label. To ship an item back to HAZEL please:

  1. Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item(s).
  2. For exchanges: please indicate the desired model/size. We recommend you contact customer service to place your exchange on hold so it does not sell out while we await your package. Please call or send an e-mail with the order number, the item, and size you would like on hold.
  3. Pack your item(s) and invoice into the return bag/cardboard box and affix the prepaid mailing label.
  4. Mail your package using one of the following methods:
    1. Drop your package at a FEDEX location without waiting in line (the label is pre-paid and requires nothing else on your end). Click here to find the closest location. [http://www.fedex.com/locate]
    2. Leave the package off at a location that has a daily FEDEX pick-up.

POLICY

Items purchased from HAZEL are eligible for a full refund if returned within 15 days of purchase. You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on the website.

A small number of heavily discounted items may be marked FINAL SALE, in which case they are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

For US customers, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise (free shipping both ways).

POLICY CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

SWIMWEAR AND LINGERIE

Please try on over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

TOPS AND DRESSES

Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

REFUNDS

DOMESTIC

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately.
